"The room is a bit rundown: door lock can’t be closed, dusty surfaces, cigarette smell even though it’s a non-smoking room. Poor cleanliness too: hair around the basin, and worst is the anti slip mat in the shower area (the bottom of the mat is full of mould and bacteria). Otherwise, view from the room is superb, overlooking the park and quiet. "

"Awful experience!!! My husband and I checked in at DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu - Longquanyi on 9 June. While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there. We were stuck in the lift for roughly around 40 minutes. During the period of stuck inside the lift, we both felt unwell and we fearful of our lives, experiencing incomparable pain. For a hotel ( DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu Longquanyi) which labels itself with high standards, the emergency assistance in this instance was extremely disappointing and shocking with how delayed the action was. I hope my horrible experience will not happen to others in the future."
