"Experience was amazing. Went into this trip with fairly high expectations due to the brand name but came out of it having all expectations exceeded. Reception staff were extremely efficient and friendly during check in. The room was massive and had a great view onto the boulevard in front of the hotel. The room was very well furnished and had intuitive smart controls which made it very easy to navigate and use during the stay. The hotel is located very close to the metro station with easy access into the city and the airport. "

"I had an amazing stay at Somerset Chengdu! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. What truly made my experience exceptional was the front desk staff they were simply the best! From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Somerset Chengdu to anyone visiting the city. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!"

"Beautiful place. Amazing food. Gorgeous staff (women and men alike) and all are kind and respectful and clean and helpful. All have translation apps and try genuinely their best to communicate in English with me without sounding like it's a chore. One recommendation I would add is clear restaurant sifns\brands labels with map guide with "you are here" markers\checkpoints. I spent hours trying to find the entrance to the cafe and Italian Bistro after already trying the 5th floor restaurants. And the hotel is huge. If there was supposed to be a trail outside, o couldn't find it due to lack of signs. But i am only nitpicking because I needed any excuse to enjoy the lazy 5 star life instead of walking around :)"

"Good rooms, helpful staff, and excellent location for Emei Shan and Leshan. Large, pleasant grounds away from the big city. A good place with children for a few nights. The Chinese restaurant is excellent."
