The living/dining room is equipped with a comfortable and modern double sofabed that measures 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, as well as a dining table and international TV channels with a flat screen. This room provides access to a balcony or terrace. One of the bedrooms features a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, along with a bath and WC. The other bedroom has two beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine (extra cost). Additionally, there is a separate shower and WC. The property boasts underfloor heating and parquet floors throughout.
