"what attracted us to this hotel was the pool and the hot spring, the two could be done with a good scrub, the hotel its self is a bit shabby, the room service could be a lot better, food not to bad but a bit pricey not excellent but as far as Chinese hotels go it was a pleasant enough stay."

"首先要批評的是expedia, 接受訂房后，馬上經內地代理藝龍 elong收取全數房金，並傳email確認完成預定，到入住當天到酒店，前台服務員反映，他們酒店電腦系統記錄，房金並沒有傳給他們，要再給一次房金才可入住，還要本人直接連絡expedia解決問題，一直浪費兩個小時有多，最後都要再給一次房金才可入住，expedia傳短訊說給錢酒店之後會退回之前付的訂金，這次不快的經歷，使我在下次出行再不會使用expedia#*#@#"

"1. Hotel could not find our booking. Yet hotels.com customer service only got back to our Friday's' call for help on Sunday, when the stay was over. 2. Hotel lobby was non air conditioned and people were smoking. 3. Staff at restaurant serving breakfast didn't care. Ok for us to self serve, but they didn't bother to replenish empty coffee pots. Food was cold w/o warmer. 3. Room toilet has strong stench fm the sewerage. 4. Lack security as anyone can access the hotel floors."
