"Fantastic hotel with best transportation option. We have seen the whole island via busses that are all 2min away from the hotel. Beautiful spacious setting with a pool. Very friendly & helpful staff. The only thing I’d add is a option to buy drinks at The premises."

"This property is not what I was expecting. Once you get your ride from the port / airport, you get dropped off at the post office and walk from there. You walk through the caldera going up and down narrow lane ways and steep stairs. The experience is definitely authentic! It was the most unique place I’ve ever stayed at. Views are incredible. Staff is great and very helpful. Very expensive (as expected for the area) but the drinks and food are actually cheaper if you stay at the hotel...

"The resort is beautiful.We enjoyed our swim in the infinity pool. We also used our hot tub every night. It was so relaxing. The breakfast is so good. You get variety each day. We decided to eat dinner there on our last night and sat by the pool area to witness the sunset. It was a great experience. The food was delicious. The staff were very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place. "

"Sophia made our 30th anniversary very special! There are different purchases you can make to celebrate. We ordered a cake, nonalcoholic champagne and a rose petal path with a heart. It was beautiful❣️ The breakfast delivered to your room is outstanding! The location is a doable walk to Fira where most of the shops and restaurants are, although there are some nearby. The Caldera view is breathtaking!"
