Modern Holiday Apartment "Alex" with Wi-Fi and Balcony

The modern holiday apartment Alex is located on the 5th floor of a quiet and well-kept residential complex and is ideal for a vacation for two. The nicely furnished apartment has a living/dining area (with a sofa bed for one person), a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and offers space for up to 3 persons. In addition there is Wi-Fi, fans, satellite TV, a washing machine, a baby bed and a high chair for children available. The apartment also has a small, furnished south-facing balcony from which you can enjoy the view of Lake Constance and the Alps. The next supermarket is 700 m away from the apartment (2 minutes by car). The old town of Meersburg is a 10 minute walk away (850 m), here you can find some restaurants and cafés. In addition, the Castle of Meersburg is located here, as well as the New Castle and many other landmarks that you can visit. The lakeside promenade and the harbour are 2 km away (5 minute drive), from here you can start your excursions such as hiking or cycling tours around Lake Constance or just go for a walk and enjoy the lake.

Pros: Die sehr freundliche Begrüßung des Wohnungsinhabers, der Grundriss der Wohnung nebst Ausstattung und die Aussicht auf den Bodensee. Sehr bequemes Bett und sehr gute Matratze. Cons: Schneefall im April und die einstelligen Temperaturwerte - aber wir machten das Beste daraus!

Pros: Große ruhig gelegene Wohnung, die sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber ist. Matratzen sehr gut - nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Freundliche Vermieter, die alles gut organisiert haben. Cons: Im Bad zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten.
