My son won an award at his football presentation and the staff at the hotel upgraded us to a bigger room and gave him a free drink and a snack. The barman also gave me a free drink too. "Amazing stay and even received a free upgrade to an executive suite which was lovely. Fantastic breakfast and spa. Staff were top notch in the breakfast lounge....Very hard working, attentive and really friendly! Only down fall was the crazy parking situation. It was something like £5 for 5 minutes which makes it hard for taxis to pick up. One of the lifts were out of service and one was being cleaned during peak times (silly really). There was one lift available at peak check out time and we were on floor 9 so we missed our taxi as he couldn't wait at drop off due to the private eye parking arrangements. The info boards are unclear for drop off/pick up waiting times."
