"Location of the property is adjacent to the Hanok village and comes with parking. It is a big hotel with quite some tour groups, but so far well managed by the staff. Gym goes beyond what hotels typically offer: good size, top equipment. Would return again when in town."

"The property is very nice and the staff are very helpful. The main problem was room temperature. It was 81 degrees F (28 C) with no way to lower the thermostat. So we had to leave the window open all night and they brought up a floor fan but for two more nights the temp hovered around 77 degrees which is very uncomfortable for sleeping. On the plus side, when the shower overflowed due to a clogged drain they gad someone working on it within five minutes of our call."

"Location was great but there was no parking at 3:00pm when we arrived. We had to park about a minute walk down the street. The room had a cool view of the ocean but it smelled like the last person who stayed smoked. There was sand in the elevator, and in the hallway. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel just looked tired. The sensor light by the door constantly was engaged in the middle of the night when one got up to use the restroom. There was no way to disable the light."
