"Excellent staff. Comfortable rooms. Could do with a little reno on the rooms and bath rooms as they are a little dated."

"I've stayed at quite a few of the nicest hotels in Colombo over the past few years, both with my family and alone, and I'm really pleased I tried ITC this year. It's probably now my joint favourite alongside the Hilton Colombo Residences. "It was an amazing stay at hotel. Friendly staff!"

"Nice relaxing place and service staff is very helpful."

"Its a sound enough hotel for the business traveler but otherwise pretty ordinary. It's in a shabby part of town with no local ameities or attractions worth the bother. The bar is dismal and the restaurant poor. The staff do a good job of making the best of the little they have to wotk with."

"ازعاج جداً لوجود صاله حفلات وكل يوم حفله والصوت الى الغرف المطعم يكثر في الذباب والاطلاله جداً تعبانه بعيد جداً عن البحر"
