In Villa Mila, built in 2024, the spacious 180m2 interior and 350m2 exterior offer enough space for a pleasant and relaxing vacation for up to 8 persons.

On the ground floor there is one bedroom with bathroom, laundry room, a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as an air-conditioned living room with access to the villa´s terrace and pool outside.s

On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms - all with double beds (180x200), its own bathroom, TV/Sat, Air-Condition and balcony.

On disposal, guest also have:
Washer / Dryer, WiFi Internet, Beddings / Towels, Smart TV / Sat, EV Charger and 5 parking spots.

During the day you will spend time relaxing at the heated outdoor pool and enjoying your meals on the cove-red terrace with grill.

NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 500,00 EUR (cash) must be left on arrival sand will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.
