This beautiful holiday villa welcomes you just a few steps from the water. Inside, you can look forward to a tasteful and cosy space that invites you to linger on the sofas or cook together in the open kitchen. Enjoy an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones in the fully equipped house, which promises you privacy in the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.



The garden area with terrace and pool also has plenty to offer. On the one hand, you have a great view of the water and the harbour as well as Medulin, and on the other, the outdoor kitchen with barbecue invites you to enjoy sociable evenings with delicious meals.



The location of the house is ideal for getting to all the wonderful places in the area. Visit the Kamenjak Nature Park near Premantura or take a trip to Pula, not far away, with its attractive sights. The family-friendly Medulin offers you long, flat beaches and many opportunities for leisure activities. Stroll or cycle along the beautiful harbour promenade to discover the town. Sunbathe on the beaches and swim in the crystal blue water. There are numerous water sports options for more active holidaymakers.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer (an einer sehr ruhigen Bucht mit Blick auf einen kleinen Hafen) und lässt keine Wünsche offen bei der Einrichtung. Die Vermieter (die außerdem direkt nebenan wohnen) waren sehr freundlich und bemüht und haben uns mit Getränken im Kühlschrank und diversen Leckereien begrüßt.Der einzige Wermutstropfen für uns war, dass die Kinder bzw wir weder mit einem Ball auf dem Grundstück spielen durften, noch Federball oder ähnliches, aus Angst, es könnte eine ihrer Kameras oder elektrischen Leitungen kaputt gehen.
