Visit the charming villa, which is situated in a quiet location in the famous tourist centre of Medulin. This villa is an ideal choice for all nature lovers and those who want to stay in a peaceful environment. The outdoor area is newly renovated. The fenced property includes an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, an elegant terrace with sun loungers and a beautiful ecological garden with a variety of herbs. At your disposal are a covered terrace including a summer kitchen and a barbecue. The interior consists of two flats that are rented as one unit. One flat is on the ground floor and the second on the ground floor. Each flat has a living room with a dining room and a kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower. A total of 9 people can be accommodated. You have three bedrooms at your disposal - one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, while in the living rooms there are extra beds on the couch. If you want to explore the surroundings of Medulin, the beautiful beaches, restaurants and beach bars are only a few minutes away by car.
