Beach front home in Pula

This is a beautiful villa, right by the sea in the south of the Istrian peninsula, ideal for large families or groups. Just a short drive from the town of Pula and Cape Kamenjak Nature Park, the location is very peaceful and the surroundings are beautiful. The inviting pool is 48 m2 in size. Outside you will find a covered living/dining area and a barbecue. The large plot consists of meadows and olive trees. In the modern interior you will find 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and everything you could possibly need. Stylishly and functionally furnished. The whole villa is air-conditioned and equipped with WLAN. The village of Pomer is a traditional fishing village. A very good restaurant and a grocery store are within a short walking distance. Furthermore, a kayak and a pedal boat are at your disposal, so you can reach the village via the quiet bay. Villa Zuccon is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed.

Once a mussel farm, today famous for its marina, Pomer is located in a well-protected part of the bay of Medulin. In summer, folk festivals and chamber music concerts are organized in churches. Following the fishing tradition, there are several well-known fish restaurants. Here you will also find a store, bakery and other amenities. This small fishing village has retained its tranquillity to this day. The beach is pebbly and rocky, offering peace and quiet for everyone, either in the sun or in the natural shade of the pine trees.
