"It was at the airport. There is a covered walkway to terminal 4 that only took seven minutes to get to the terminal. It was very convenient. There is a restaurant and bar located on the same floor as the reception. If you have an early morning flight, I would recommend staying there for the convenience."

"We stayed one night at Leonardo Heathrow before a morning flight. The location was extremely convenient, as was booking transport to the airport. It is clearly a busy hotel and the room was a bit worse for wear. But it was clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast buffet. Most importantly, after our stay we realized my daughter had left behind a beloved stuffed animal. I was able to get in touch with staff who was extremely helpful in locating the toy, holding it for us for over a month, packaging and coordinating pickup, and staying in communication. That meant so much!"
