"We only stayed one night to catch up a flight next morning, so not many observations. Overall it is good, though we did find stain in bed sheet. We did not raise it because just a night - we covered it with a towel."

"My experience at Hyatt was exceptional from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful, modern atmosphere, immaculate accommodations, and warm hospitality. The property was exceptionally clean, with a stylish design and thoughtful details that made everything feel comfortable and inviting. The room was beautifully maintained, and the amenities added to the overall experience. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional, making guests feel genuinely valued and appreciated. And the coffee deserves a special mention! As someone who appreciates a great cup of coffee, I was impressed by the quality. It’s those little touches that make a stay even more enjoyable. What impressed me most was the attention to detail throughout the property. Hyatt understands that exceptional hospitality goes beyond a beautiful room. It’s about creating a welcoming, comfortable experience that makes guests want to return. Overall, a wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations. "We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very spacious with a very large bed. Breakfast was plentiful and with a good selection of meat, cheese and various cereals and pastries!! Of course the usual juices, teas and coffee. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor bar/patio. Location wise the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the Trevi fountain. There are also a few good bars and restaurants nearby. Whilst it is outside the busiest areas this makes it a quieter location despite the usual police and ambulance sirens, but then that’s just Rome !"

"The hotel was a great location to any and everything I needed while in Nice. It’s a short walk to trams, subway, and the regional train. The property was extremely well-kept and clean. Upon arrival, the staff was very polite, accommodating, and communicative. The manager, Elody, was fantastic. If I have to include a negative, I’d say I wish there were more items on site for purchase (such as drinks or snacks) after breakfast hours."
