"The check-in process was not excellent. We arrived at 4:30PM and our room was not ready. We had to wait for the staff to find an available room, which was not our first choice. However, later the hotel offered to move us to another room, which we did not make because it was inconvenient. The manager improved our stay by giving us free breakfast which was excellent. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to restaurants, museums and shopping. We would return"

Hotel is located in a great location Each floor has a different theme for music genres. All the staff are wonderful and helpful The shower even has speakers in it This place was a complete vibe🙌🙌🙌"

"Stylish, clean, spacious rooms and polite staff. It’s a lovely hotel if you have private transfers into Rome but public transport isn’t very convenient. The pool is only open for afternoons and there was a function on so they closed the pool early. This was disappointing as I chose the hotel at the end of my trip to relax and swim. The half board option (breakfast and dinner package) was not up to the standard of a four star hotel. Unfortunately the food served was cold and dried out."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is on a busy street the room was very quiet. The hotel is in a great location making it very easy to walk to the tourist attractions and beach. The one down side was that there was a funny smell in the hallway but thankfully we never smelt it in the room. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel."
