"Our room did not have AC or a fan, so it got pretty hot some evenings. Being in the medina is also loud, although I suppose that is part of trade-off for the atmosphere. The service was very attentive and I especially appreciated the woman who made me lemon and honey water when I was not feeling well. "

"Beautiful rooms and amazing rooftop terrace. Staff was lovely and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay here. The only thing I wish I had known in advance was that they don't accept credit cards for room payment (they only accept cash)."

"Very difficult to find. Sign from expedia advert was not there. Google pin incorrect hotel location No breakfast, though ad stated breakfast included. No air conditioning though advertising said each room with air conditioning. Sleepless night in hot Aug summer was not ideal. No one there at check-in. We just happened to call a random phone number on a piece of paper posted on a closed door. Requesting a refund/compensation from Expedia please and refund Expedia Rewards as applied to the...
