"Charming riad in the medina. Stayed 3 nights in the deluxe room #10 on the rooftop - comfortable room with a separate small living area and an outdoor sitting area, great for relaxing in the afternoon sunshine. Riad l'Ayel d'Essaouira
2.5 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (42)
"It is an ok place for what you pay. If you are young and want to have a safe and relatively comfortable place to stay this is good, but if you are in your 50s and 60s nd want a more comfortable nicer side of things then this is not the place for you. The location is in Medina so that is good in terms of centrality but the streets in Medina are dirty and you will find piles of trash on your way to the riad, the smell, the noise late into the night all of that comes with this choice.
