Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Don’t Book This Hotel!!!

I never got to check in. The hotel said that my reservation did not showed up. I had everything paid and ready. The owner of this hotel was rude and unprofessional. The customer of hotels.com refunded me the money. Lesson learned, always call the hotel before you travel. I had to get another hotel when I arrived in Medellin.
