"Prompt replies from host to all questions asked. Excellent wifi, felt very safe, hardly any night noise Very clean, appliances great. Appreciated fitst night supplies(ie coffee, pepper, water...) Great location, v close to metro, groceries, eateries. We often found google maps and online sites were not to scale, inaccurate, or did not show all street names. "The location was beyond amazing, 10 minutes to the Las Ventas Stadium, it was lovely. The staff was lovely too, I recalled when I enquired about laundry, they provided me with laundry pods without even asking for free. When we have concerned over speaking spanish over a delivery package, they helped us too. Thank you HA Apartahotel Quo Erosa. The room was incredle, had a little kitchen attached to it. Thank you - we love our stay there."

Quality hotel, great location, super staff
"We travelled as a family of 5 (3 adults, 2 kids of 5 and 7), our 2 rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean...all of the staff on reception were great, we had to extend our stay at the last minute due to a cancelled flight & they were really helpful & accomodating during a stressful time. I also accidentally arranged a cab for only 4 people and they sorted it out for us and had a larger mini cab there for us within minutes. We ate twice at the lobby bar, the food was really delicious on both occasions & the staff there also really friendly, bringing out a little bowl of sweets for my kids... nice little extra touches. We would definitely stay here again."
