"Stayed here for a workshop. I don’t know Lisbon that well, but the hotel isn’t in what I’d consider a touristy area - depending on your expectations, that’s neither positive nor negative - just something to be aware of! Very close to shopping and transit/metro. Breakfast buffet and rooftop/lobby bar food was good. Lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again, especially due to the proximity to Manteigaria- best traditional pastries!"

"Really nicely done hotel. Very modern and great location for everything. Staff were lovely and very helpful even offering a treat and wine upon arrival. The rooms were fairly small but fine for a few nights The only issue was a strong drain smell in the entrance hall of the hotel and building works were right next to our room and started at 8am. Loud drilling noise is not very relaxing and didn’t appreciate being woken up by it. Assume when this is completed it will be fine but we weren’t aware the works were ongoing before our trip. "

"My husband and I stayed at this wonderful property for 3 nights in mid-September (cloister view room with king bed). From the moment of our arrival, we were made to feel welcomed. All of the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. A special ‘thank you’ for Sonia (who works in the onsite restaurant) - she is a true gem in the hospitality industry! Speaking of which, we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with the added, made-to-order hot food items at no additional cost. There’s an easy access metro from the airport, transfer at Alameda station to the green line (getting off at Rossi station) left us with a 1-min walk to the hotel). The historical significance of the design details are found everywhere in this hotel which adds an extra level of interest. We will definitely stay here again during our next trip to Lisbon. Thank you for helping to make our first trip to Portugal a memorable one!"
