"We chose to stay at Riad Charme D’Orient based on reviews and we are so happy that we did! This was our first time in Morocco/ Marrakech and we will absolutely look to stay here again when we return. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay, from checking in every time we arrived and left, saying hello when we passed them on the street, helping us arrange taxis, and walking us exactly where we needed to go when we first arrived. So much so that at times we felt as though we were the only guests there in a good way! The rooftop breakfast was also a huge highlight of our trip. After staying in other Riads in other Moroccan cities, we can confirm that this Riad is the one of the best ones we stayed in our whole trip. Overall, we would definitely recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Marrakech!"

"We booked two rooms and arrived at 2:50 pm, they only had one room available. Also the pictures are of two hotel that are attached by a pool area. Not sure why they also use the other hotel photos on the listing. The rooms need improvements, they are run down. Also very noisy all day and night."

From the very get go- you will be delighted by the beautiful architecture , interiors and rooms of this Road as well as their great service. The staff gave us a tour , sat us down and provided details on where we could visit and eat in Marrakech. They also helped us arrange cabs whenever and wherever we needed . Had a really good time. "

"Villa des Orangers is an original Riad, well preserved and beautifully decorated. It is an oasis of calm in a very busy city. It is so quiet on the hotel grounds and all you hear are the sounds of birds. The food is delicious and the gluten free bread is the best I have ever tasted. The staff is amazing. They remember what you like to eat or drink and will bring it to you without you asking. They are genuinely interested in your well being and as a single Traveler, I felt very well cared for. They arranged my driver, Ayoub, who was well educated and spoke both French and English. He took me to great Shops which had interesting things. I had a great trip and am so happy I chose to stay at Villa des Orangers."

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le personnel attentionné et souriant.
