Very clean, friendly staff and breakfast was as expected. The bath towels were very stiff and uncomfortable to use, but overall a place I would stay at again and recommend

Large clean room. Had to call to get room key code it was not sent as promised. 90% of the time there is No employee to talk to about If your not from germany we were told not use the plug adapter because it would kill the power supply. Sign in bathroom states to throw your dirty towels on the floor. They will be replaced. But then room service did not come and clean or change towels that day and no one was there to talk to. Door handle came off. Coffee maker ran out of water and it was not refilled in common area 1/2 the time. Although plenty of coffee, cream and sugar were put out. Hotel is in a shopping strip with a grocery store right across the street that you can easily walk to. There is 20 steps and no elevators to get to the most rooms.

Meine zwei Schwesternn und ich waren zu einem Besuch im Freilichtmuseum im Komern und haben dafür zwei Übernachtungen im KomInn Hotel gebucht. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Zum Frühstück gab es leckere Brötchen und eine nette Bedienung, die jeden Wunsch erfüllte. Wir wussten nicht, dass es in diesem Hotel keinen Aufzug gibt. Aber da wir drei Damen etwas Probleme mit den Treppen haben, sorgte man dafür, dass wir ebenerdige Zimmer bekamen. Dafür unser herzlichster Dank. Wir können sagen, es war ein rundum zufriedener Aufenthalt. Nu

Ganz ehrlich wissen wir nicht aus welchen Kriterien die 4 Sterne vergeben wurden. Die Unterkunft ist nett, aber eher günstig eingerichtet und zudem nicht Behinderten gerecht. Man erreicht die Lobbi und die Zimmer nur über eine lange Treppe und muss diese zum Frühstück, welches sehr dürftig ausfällt auch wieder runter. Die Betten sind ok, Schrank und Schreibtisch harmonieren nicht mit den Türfarben. Ist aber eher eine Geschmacksache. Das Bad wiederrum nicht Behinderten gerecht und für etwas fülligere Personen ist die Dusche sehr unvorteilhaft und zu klein. Auf den ersten Blick ok, aber wir waren auf Grund der Sterne endtäuscht.

Kleines Hotel, verkehrsgünstig gelegen, Parken kein Problem. Sauberes, großzügiges, ruhiges Zimmer. Aktuell renoviert; fehlender Balkon wird durch schnell erreichbare überdachte Sitzmöglichkeit vor dem Eingang wett gemacht. Freundliche Bedienung, gutes Frühstück, persönliche Frage nach Frühstücksei. Beleuchtung Geschmackssache.
