"I was very impressed with this Fairfield. It’s under construction for a remodel, but they’re handling it beautifully. It might as well have not even been going on. The room was clean, quiet & well appointed. The shower gel & shampoo & conditioner are high quality. That’s surprising! The star of the show, however… the staff!! From the gentleman who checked us in, to the gentleman who ran the breakfast buffet, to the lady who cleaned our hallway… all class acts! They were so sweet & so friendly. I love that the breakfast has several items that are diabetic friendly. That was very welcome. "

"We booked for 2 nights, and I did not have to request the room to be freshened up or for clean towels. That was AMAZING since so many hotels do not offer service to your room for multiple night stays."

"The staff are very polite and respectful. The grounds are well kept so was the inside of the hotel and the rooms. I would highly recommend it to anyone saying in Pennsylvania. Also, very convenient to get to Hersheypark less than 20 minutes away. Thank you for all staff."

"Everything was great! Loved the area and the room was nice and clean. Loved the scent machine that smelled like chocolate when you walk in. I would only suggest a few protein options on breakfast bar. Other than that, was a perfect stay! "
