"Pillows were flat. AC didn’t go below 68 so it would kick off quickly then loudly come back on. Made sleeping tough. "

"Loved the "feels like home" atmosphere. Family/Kid friendly resort. Large pool areas. The pool could use more "care" with cleanliness due to such a large crowd of vacationing families on a daily use. No complaints other than cleaner pools and an option to request more bath towels instead of "swapping " only in exchange for more towels."
