The location is unreal- so close to all the walks and beautiful scenery. The house is spacious, clean and stylishly furnished and equipped. A huge kitchen and plenty of space to cook, eat, relax and enjoy. The beds are outrageously comfortable and everything well thought out. The host, Alyssa seems lovely and very accommodating and available to help...

"Well equipped comfortable house for our family. Next door to lovely cafe and nursery. Lovely caretakers and beautiful surroundings. Couldnt have asked for a more perfect property for our large group. We will be back."

"We started for two nights my daughter loved the Tiny house as well as all the animals in the farm. The hosts we here super welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome . There is no basically none internet in the farm and the toilet from the tiny house was not working properly. Apart from that I will recommend it 💯. We can’t wait to go back ."

"Very personal and helpful hosts. Wonderful B&B with everything needed for stress free holiday. We rented entire 4 bedroom guest house. Lots of nice foods supplied and Christmas choccies and decorations. Comfy beds and warm atmosphere. We were trapped for extra day by road closures due to flooding and Veriest the manager went out of her way to gift us food supplies. Highly recommended B&B."

"We had a lovely time at Raspberry Spring. It's a great base to explore the northern rivers and Byron Bay areas. You really feel like you are very secluded. A bonus was the hosts had some baby goats that we were able to cuddle and feed which was a nice surprise! Incredibly pet friendly too for our mini schnauzer. No fenced off area but easy to walk him around with a lead. Would totally stay again."

"Andy is a great host. The place is lovely, has all the conveniences that you could hope for, the pool is sublime and the view and the surroundings are very special. We loved the local town and all of Andy’s recommendations were fantastic. Can’t wait to visit again!"

"What an amazing place to stay! From the second you turn off the road into the property you cross a beautiful creek and then head up through the rainforest to the stay. The views each morning and sunrise from the sauna were amazing and Peter was an excellent host. We would recommend this place and stay here again in the future. Loved it!"

"The kitchen was fully stocked with everything anyone could possibly want. We found the home to be very clean. The beds were comfortable though not enough spare blankets to match the climate, so my guests were cold at night. The main bathroom was fabulous!!! We had a brilliant time enjoying the amazing view from the lounge. The gardens were a joy to walk around and manicured to perfection. We'll be back. "

"Nevs property is lovely , right near the entrance to the amazing Border Ranges NP. It rained the whole time we were here , and we felt cosy and safe . Being off grid meant we had electricity while most of the region experienced black outs . Highly recommended "
