"The house is lovely and the land around it is as well. Everything you could want in the house is available. Wi-fi is spotty and cell service in the area is extremely limited. We did need to drive pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. That’s my only complaint for the area but it’s not a fault of the property by any means. "

"Charming one room cabin with a garage equipped with a simple bathroom and kitchen just steps away. It’s 15 min away from Silver Lake and centrally located to tons of trails. What’s not to love? The hosts were very accommodating of me and my dogs. It was so quiet and peaceful during our stay. I would definitely stay again. "

"We had and amazing time staying at this location!! It was a perfect sized cabin for us and our two little boys to enjoy a week on the lake. :) The cabin is easily accessible and within walking distance to Mac Woods and The Whippy Dip, which was a wonderful vacation benefit. The cabin had all the amenities you would need for the week! If I had to put into words the minor downfalls, I would say the outlet in the bathroom did not work, and the bathroom sink is crazy small, the main screen door did not slide very easily and needs adjusted, and parking with trailers is tight, but the view and location make up for it! We will definitely be renting again! :) "

"We have aged out of tents and cabins, but aren’t quite RV ready. This cottage fit the bill nicely: flush toilet and beds for everyone, beautiful sunset and birds chirping the arrival of a new day. Just enough adversity: no dishwasher, only one bathroom, no AC, and a bumpy mile long dirt road arrival. If we were the type to revisit a location, this would be on our list. Very clean house, plenty of lamps and fans to tailor to our preferences, and comfortable beds and chairs/sofa. "
