"The apartment/room was very spacious, very clean, very comfortable. Great kitchen, comfortable couch in living room, comfortable bed. 2 bathrooms with hot water and good water pressure. The host, Michael, is a very friendly man, very helpful and courteous."

"Let me start off by saying that the staff was great and helpful and tried to accommodate as best as possible. However, unfortunately, they do allow smoking inside of the hotel so the whole place smells like cigarettes. They also allow smoking in many of the rooms which smelled horribly of smoke. For a nonsmoking family it made staying here difficult"

"Rude staff at the front desk. Confusing naming. There are maybe 10 other buildings called Bali in the city. And once you get to the right complex there is no indication that the hotel is hiding at the back of the property. This isn't a particularly great look for a hotel. People that visit a hotel are likely to be there for the first time. The internet connection is completely unacceptable. Less than 1Mbit. Room smelled of smoke. Not happy and I won't be back."
