"We stayed 3 nights and I have to say this property was one of the cleanest Motel 6’s we have ever stayed in aside from Disneyland in Anaheim. It was quiet, the staff were ALL friendly, everything worked and nothing smelled. Well, I take that back. You could smell the smoking rooms from first floor that would linger up to 3rd…. We always bring fabreeze for our room and made sure towels were placed near the door to keep the smoke out. That’s probably my only complaint but I’m also allergic to cigarette smoke."

"This was one of the best stays in our life!! The place is so well appointed with everything guests may need...extra towels to toiletries. The place could not be cleaner . It has a most spectacular view of mountains and valley in beautiful SW Va. It was quiet and peaceful. The place is so nice you almost hate to leave and venture out. Every bed is so comfortable. The bathrooms are clean . The kitchen has everything one would need. We loved watching the sunrise from the large covered porch. The location is not far off the beaten path. It was easy to get to nearby Abingdon, Whites Mill ,and of course, Emory and Henry University. We loved every minute of our time here. It will definitely be a place to which we will return!"
