Definitely recommend for a winter getaway and know the gas fireplace will be repaired soon. Property manager was quick to respond and contact the appropriate maintenance staff. "The host was helpful and kind. The check-in process was simple. The location was great. Set on the front porch and watch the river flow. Home was Close to my favorite fishing spots. The house was well stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and neat. My wife and I loved how the house was decorated with pictures and items from the area. We will definitely be returning for another stay in the future. Would highly recommended it."

Slightly awkard property lot, with facing the small apartment complex, it makes the back patio and front porch seem less private, also obstructs a partial view. "We had a wonderful stay at TrailSide Cottage. It was the perfect fit for our group and close to family in Damascus. We especially enjoyed relaxing outdoors, having dinner on the deck overlooking the river, and sitting by the firepit. We also met the host briefly and he was great!"
