"The gentleman that was working in at the counter was extremely difficult to understand plus, he couldn’t understand what I was saying, and I speak English very clearly so we were disappointed with that aspect. The rest of the hotel was nice and clean. We had no issues with that just the gentleman at the counter totally satisfied."
