"All the staff are very helpful and are a wealth of information. The bellmen were very helpful in moving my luggage from my car into the hotel and from the hotel back to my car when I was leaving. They took good care of my car that was parked in the garage overnight for 2 nights. When I first arrived, I was running a little late and it was at peak rush hour traffic time. The Bellman gave me a ride to the conference center charging the same rates as Uber. Very clean and well maintained hotel and rooms. Room service and housekeeping staff were very respectful. My only "complaint" is that they don't have a gift shop, which I always enjoy browsing, so I missed that."
