The Fern House is located in a desirable neighborhood but is on a private and gated lot in Mckinleyville. The home is a short drive to the beach and redwoods and close to restaurants and stores. The home has 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a large driveway, back patio with BBQ, loungers and fire table. The yard has plenty of space for kids to play, apple trees, and gardens for our guests to enjoy.

Wood stove in living room is not for guest use. No shoes in the house. No late checkouts without approval. $100/hour late fee will be charged.
