"Convenient, clean and comfortable."

"Property was very clean and staff was courteous. Just wish the breakfast had bacon as well as sausage."

"Awesome"

"We always stay at this property when visiting Spokane. Value for money. Friendly helpful staff."

"Free cookies and tea was a best part"

"How close it is to where I needed to be."

"The room was very very clean. The staff was very nice. It was decorated for Halloween. We like that extra mile. The breakfast bar was clean and tidy. The food was kept well. Everything about the state was wonderful."

"I didn't like anything. The room was dirty. Used soap, no toilet paper on the roll, mysterious stains on the bed skirt, red stains on the cupboard door. The night stand was badly damaged. The main carpet in the halls were dirty and damaged. I could go on."

"The heater didn't work and i froze the whole night. The bathroom sink didn't drain and was plugged up. the toilet smelled, and the mattress kept sliding off the frame. The TV remote barely worked... and when i asked for a blanket.... I didn't get one for at least 1/2 hour after I requested a blanket. Renting a room from this place was a mistake. I think you should refund my money.... worst place I have ever stayed in."
