"The only thing we can down grade on was the inconsistent room prep. Example, no coffee restocked at night for morning. Some guests in our party had welcoming gifts, others had nothing. Some had cookies at night, others had platters with rolls, cheese, meats. Not sure why but seemed inconsistent between rooms. Other than that, we loved the place."

Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff in the morning who prepared breakfast was very attentive and anticipated the needs of their guests to ensure there was enough food for us all. Thank you for a great place to spend the night in Waco as we helped our great niece move into her dorm at Baylor University"

"It was an overall wonderful experience. The customer service was amazing! Being able to see animals at any time of the day was pretty amazing. The rooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the cabin was in a great location within the ranch so we had easy access to guest services. I look forward to staying here again!"

"Nice hotel with great breakfast. The beds were comfortable, A/C worked well (which was so great since it was 100+ degrees each day) and staff was helpful. They could use a bit more vacuuming around the hotel but overall I would definitely stay there again!"
