"This place was the perfect stay for our friend’s wedding at the Hope Lake Lodge! Excellent location! It’s exactly as the pictures show. The pull out bed was great for our stay, but as I near a half century, I’m not sure I could stay more than 2-3 nights on the bed. Host was amazing. Excellent communication, extremely kind and understanding. This is the only place I’d stay when I return to Greek Peak!"

"We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...

"The place was very comfortable and a fresh scent as soon as you enter. If you are skeptical about the location, don't be. The noise was minimal, and plenty of parking.Close to delicious restaurants, and Homer / Cortland shops. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. We will hopefully stay there again! "

The grounds around are unique and calming a great connection to the outdoors, but as my low rating for accuracy of the website, there’s no heat and our rooms ,except the bathroom, are exposed to the outdoor wind. The two mornings temperatures we were to be there were around freezing and below freezing. We only stayed the one night because of this. There are also no locks on the doors, only slide bolts from the inside, so the building is unable to be secured when you’re...

"The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. "
