And not to mention the abundance of restaurants and cafes in Griffintown. The apartment was clean and Sam was amazing in responding to all our requests, big and small such as replenishing household items and fixing minor issues. "

"The location was awesome - 2 blocks from St Catherines St - close to all the action but very quiet while at the house. the heat wave was on while we were there and the a/c did a very good job of keeping the house cool. We really enjoyed the private deck for hanging out. The property manager was very quick to respond with any questions or requests."

"We 6 stayed here at the end of May 2025 (two early 20’s, two early 50’s, and 2 early-mid 70’s). Property was reasonably clean. You get the top two floors of a 3-story row house. Bedroom on the ‘first’ floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Half bath on the 2nd floor, two full baths, so anyone staying on the 2nd floor needs to go up another flight to shower. The mattress in the master felt like you were sleeping on sacks of potatoes. Can’t comment on others. No extra towels, pillows, or sheets that we...

"Paris was super responsive and took care of all our needs during out stay. On a particularly hot day, she bought pedestal fans for us to use. The house is very spacious, clean and is in a very nice neighborhood. Very close to excellent food options. Old Montreal is a walking distance away. Highly recommended !!"
