Looking for a 5-star mountain getaway in luxury and style? Larry's Lodge is nestled in the heart of Massanutten Resort, at the top of the mountain. This 5-bedroom home provides all the modern amenities of a resort with the conveniences of home.

Offering hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings featuring a gas fireplace, Larry's Lodge has plenty of space to spread out yet come together, in our upper level Great Room, lower level Rec Room, and spacious screen porch. Roku TV with Hulu subscription.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with high quality cookware to prepare meals, boasting anything a chef could need. Ample dishes and glasses, Keurig and drip coffee options, toaster oven, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, ice maker, microwave, and chef knives.

Hosting meals around our farmhouse dining table will make for joyous memories with family and friends! Our Martini Bar features glassware and accoutrements for the mixologist in your group!

Our game room with Air Hockey, Foosball, and Pop A shot Basketball will keep the family entertained for hours!

Overlooking the woods with the ski slopes beyond, Larry's Lodge has a large screen porch which includes Weber grill, dining table, and and extra seating.

BEDROOMS
We offer 5 clean and comfortable bedrooms, all made up with linens and comforters. Most bedrooms and living spaces have ceiling fans. The house also has a laundry room with a large washer and dryer.

Upstairs offers Master Bedroom, with King bed, walk-in closet, Roku TV with Hulu subscription, and large bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs has Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3, each with one Queen bed, Roku TV and a shared full bath with shower/tub.

Downstairs has Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5, each offering one full and one single bed, sleeping 6 total. Downstairs offers another full bathroom with shower/tub.

One final benefit of choosing us: we make it easy! House includes all the “under the kitchen sink” necessities so you do not have to pack all the boring stuff. So we keep stocked for our guests: starter paper towels and toilet paper, dish soap, fresh sponges, dishwasher detergent, dish towels, napkins, trash bags, disinfectant cleaner, coffee filters, and laundry detergent.

Our home is in an ideal location, right at the top of the mountain, walking distance to the pool, mini-golf, go-karts, and more.

The community pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends. We have will purchased a 'renters pool pass' which allows guest access without the homeowner present. Bring pass and entry fee - $7 per person/day (5yo and under free) with in and out privileges. It is a lovely pool with diving board, lounging space and well-stocked snack bar. Not all homes offer the pool access, so be sure to ask if this is an amenity you plan to use.

—HOUSE RULES—
-No smoking in the home.
-Must be 27 years old to rent.
-Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 7am.
-All cars must be parked on our property with all 4 tires off the roadway to allow for emergency vehicles. RVs are not allowed.
-Do not place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches, to avoid attracting wildlife.
-No glitter, confetti, or taping to walls permitted.
-No events, parties or gatherings to exceed house occupancy (12).
-Photo ID may be required upon check-in
-Your safety matters. This property features a Ring floodlight that views and records the front door and driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces.

COMMUNITY RULES
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10 pm - 7 am.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840).
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES - NOTE: Our home does NOT have a firepit.
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10pm – 7am).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check electronic sign at entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
• No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS - NOTE: Our home does NOT allow pets.
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pet.

TRASH
• Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
