"When we arrived there was a long line . A staff members phone alarm was going off on repeat. The staff that helped us was doing her best to manage the line and work through the annoying phone alarm! When we got to our room there was a dehumidifier in there and it was about 100 degrees not exaggerating. We went back down to the desk where there was yet another line and had to get another room key. The room was much cooler but still had a dehumidifier in it! The water pressure was awful ! There needs to be a full remodel of this place!"

"Stopped here for the night just passing through. Nice enough, but everything felt like a store going out of business. In fact, they were closing their TGI Friday's on May 31, despite doing good business. The restaurant was a selling point because I could get some late apps for dinner. Downside, the room smelled like wet dog. Didnt love it."

"The property was very conveniently located to our Annual Conference at the Community Arts Center. The view of the beautiful pool was very nice, though it would have been nice had the pool been open when we were able to use it. It was closed Thursday, and though it opened Friday, by the time we finished for the day, it was closed (9:00 pm.). The room was quiet and pretty comfortable. We appreciated the chair and ottoman, since my wife is unable to spend an entire night in a bed. The bathroom was functional, though the blow dryer was missing from the dispenser, and the water in the shower was just barely warm enough for showers. The sink water was very hot, but the shower could have been warmer. Breakfast was terrific and the very busy waitresses were very helpful and friendly. We will be back again next year, as long as we can get in. Thank you to the staff of the Genetti!"

"I was very impressed with the physical property and the staff. The back terrace is wonderful. Only small issues. For those of us who are older a magnifying mirror or a light over the hall mirror would be helpful for makeup. Also, the breakfast choices could be updated a little. Perhaps croissants and fresh fruit?"
