Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Roaches came out of the fridge when I opened it, the entire room smelled of smoke so bad I had to wash my clean clothing the next day, they didn't have my reservation so wrong room, at 2 AM there was a domestic dispute outside my room I was glad I had my gun in case bullets came through my window, and I left the next morning to get a safe room. This is the Quality Inn, which I did not know upon booking. This is where people stay when they step up from being homeless, and the school bus stops to pick up kids every morning. Easily the worst experience I have ever had.
