"Overall, we had a great stay. The staff informed us to park at the parking area behind the hotel but did not provide clear guidance. The signs where our car should be parked was very confusing. It was terrible to roam around with my 3 year son to figure out parking for over two hours. The airport shuttle was very helpful. Some items went missing from our bag which was slightly concerning. A lot needs to be improved at this facility."

"The room was very modern, clean, and quiet. Free hot breakfast in the morning was great - nice selection and plenty of seating for groups and solo travelers. The evening food was a very nice surprise! I was expecting snack food, not a full meal!! Such a great gesture. Staff was always mingling with guests during meal times, checking in on everyone and making sure they had everything they needed. Pool and hot tub were a nice addition as well."

"Upon check-in staff did not ask or inform us about registering for the shuttle to the airport. The staff member did mention the shuttle times, starting at 410am, and then hourly. We were unable to take the shuttle because we were not registered for it. Parking at the was an additional cost. The staff member checking us in did not ask if we'd be leaving any vehicles in the lot. The hotel is still somewhat under construction for over a year. The room was great, the staff that checked us...
