"Mr Burnett never contacted us or responded to our inquiries. We attempted to get access information from him numerous times with absolutely no response. We were in the area for my Mom to have a tumor removed from her brain. We ended up having to find a hotel at 9:00 pm after a very long day in the hospital because there was no access to the boat. 5 STARS to VRBO who responded quickly and promised to refund our money. "The property was just as described. I love the seclusion of the spot the most as well as it only being 2 minutes from Cherokee rafting which is where we were booked. The property was clean and had a wonderful outside area for us to hang out in the evening. Would book here again anytime we come back. "
