"The stuff was friendly, helpful and kind. I had never stayed in this hotel before so I didn’t know what to expect. I believe it was recently renovated. It’s a beautiful hotel from the outside to the inside and including the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings were quiet which made it easy to to fall asleep. In the lobby, there was plenty of choices for hot beverages that you could take to your room. The breakfast was outstanding for a hotel. Great TVs in the room. Their pool is heated to the point that when I took my two-year-old grandson out for a swim. He was not freezing in the water in May. The pool had just opened April 30th. As it closes for the winter. Parking lot had plenty of room, you didn’t have to pay for parking and I felt that my vehicle was going to be safe."

"I rented Marcia’s house as a gift of appreciation for some friends. What a magnificent house! The kind we dreamt of in boarding school: light, airy, tons of windows, a view, high ceilings, a large kitchen equipped with EVERYTHING, luxurious furniture, cozy bedrooms, elegant bathrooms, a hot tub, snacks, privacy, quiet … convenient to downtown Gig Harbor … Marcia’s retreat is really perfection and we would love to stay again someday. Thank you! My guests were over the moon happy with their stay. Highly recommend!!"

"Our stay was great. Safe secure and everything was handy i.e. Restaurants near, the gally was well supplied and easy to use. The owners supplied a three ring binder with all the information needed. We only stayed one night but wanted to stay longer. "

"Second time staying at this lovely home, we love it. It is exactly as pictured but better and the hosts keep it in GREAT shape, which can be an issue at times. Our family lives down the road and love hanging out when we have such a beautiful location for all to enjoy. There is fun stuff for kids in the hall closet and the paddle boat at the lake. Coffee on the deck, geese with their goslings, a serene setting for everyone. We’re planning on coming again. "

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The apartment was clean, comfortable (excellent bed), and located in walking distance from a small grocery store and several restaurants. A few blocks away is an interesting historical museum. The view of the harbor and boats was a plus!"
