"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient for going to the Indiana State Fairgrounds. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host has put thought into all the little things that make a great stay. Parking was easy and was very close to places to eat and things to do. Our two night stay made it easy. The neighbor is quiet and we felt very safe. Not being "city people" this was important to us. This will be our go to stay for Indianapolis!"

"This was a great find right in the heart of Noblesville. It's within walking distance of several great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping in general. The photos are accurate and represent the property. If we come back to visit I would stay here again."

"Super easy check in. Extremely clean. Great location. Very safe area. Cool walking path just behind property. Lots of food, beverage stores, grocery stores within a mile. Wish we didnt have the ground floor but I should have asked. If it was a higher floor we would have definitely sat on the porch. Would definitely stay here again"

"Very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. We were unable to use the backyard, which was absolutely beautiful and inviting, due to the schedule and weather. The off street parking was a big plus."

"We had an excellent stay at this well-appointed and nicely located home in Broad Ripple. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as the Monan Rail Trail. The house, built in 1936, has some squeaks and creaks, adding to its charm. Beautiful deck and fire pit with a big back yard. All four bedrooms were serviceable and the living room and enclosed porch were nice spaces as well. We would recommend and would stay again. Enjoy!"

"I think it should be noted that you have to travel through one bedroom to get to the other two bedrooms, which was weird and inconvenient for those of us staying in that room. Other than that it was very nice and we would stay again."

"The property was beautiful, and Sandy was a kind and courteous hostess. My bestie and I had plenty of room and slept like rocks! Would recommend, especially if you plan to book the second bedroom. There wasn’t a guest in that room when we stayed, but having to share the bathroom with strangers could make for tighter quarters than some folks might be looking for. That said - our stay was lovely!"

"Overall the house was nice and comfy. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The decor was very cute. It was close to the venue we were going too, and a ton of shopping areas. The only complaint I have was I was unable to take a bath in the jetted tub because the water turned cold too fast and after trying for 2.5 hours I gave up. Aside from that it was a great place to stay."
