"Distance and career paths have kept our group (friends 40+ yrs.) from regularly gathering. Annually, we try to pick a place to stay for a long weekend, a round of golf, meals and catching-up. This year we found a perfect location! All was exactly as advertised. The pictures did not do this location justice. Scenic drive in, quiet, relaxing and a lake with a pier nearby. "The driveway is extremely dangerous and I messed up my rental van really bad trying to turn around in the driveway. The cabin is really nice and in a great location. I grew up in Warfordsburg, but live in Florida. I went to visit my mom and needed a break from the city. This was perfect. There is a cardinal nest right in front of the porch and I watched them and the sunrise/sunset from the porch. It was perfect."
