"the room was very clean. the parking was just ok. huge potholes in the driveway. online description boasts a restraunt, but it isn't open. there is no office so unless you open your email, you don't know which room you are in and there is no key. they have a passcode keypad and you get your passcode from your email. very confusing"

"Let me provide some context. My traveling companion and I arrived after dark expecting to meet hotel staff. This location operates as a no-contact location, and the radio on premises had a scratchy connection. I talked to the personnel who answered the phone number listed as opposed to the scratchy radio, They directed me to text messages to which I had not responded. Once I respond to the text messages, I was able to enter the room. The room as was small, cozy, and comfortable. The room was relatively small for for two adults, but it served well for a one-night stay. We left the next morning, so I cannot speak to the amenities or the location. There was no included breakfast or that sort of thing. Parking was more or less fully occupied when we arrived, but fortunately, there was one space left; that was all we needed."

"All conditions and home layout is excellent for our group of fishermen coming to McCloud for 39 years. Owner and facility fit very nicely for a great experience. All the home features of fireplace, living room area connected open to dining and kitchen make for a nice warm group relaxing and visiting. Location and parking is excellent too. We will continue to book this location..."

"Check in was easy. We appreciated that the home was pet friendly, walkable to downtown, HooHoo park, and had a nice backyard. McCloud is close to the areas we enjoy exploring. An issue we had with the oven was quickly addressed and solved."
