"It was a really good stay! They have a three bed room and it was so convenient. The view from the lodge reception is incredible that we were hardly in our room. All the staff were really welcoming and we made friends with them all, making the stay so much better!"

"Yes there is a bumpy 15 minute ride from the main road but the pay off is a tranquil environment to relax at Kili Villa. Our room had a lovely outlook to the gardens where local fauna and birds did their thing. The staff were welcoming and courteous, and the food was delicious. Perhaps the experience could have been improved with better communication about food and drink options when we arrived (with an explanation card). There are no other options for F&B in the area (aside from the golf club)...

"We were so glad we booked this brilliant lodge for the beginning and end of our amazing Tanzanian trip. Harry and his partner should be congratulated on how beautiful the grounds are, for how well furnished the rooms are and for how well run the lodge is. "I really enjoyed my stay at Lake Duluti! It was peacefully and tranquil which is what I was looking for. The property is amazing with lots of trees, plants and animals. Having my own chalet gave me a lot of privacy and made it easy to have restful nights. The staff were helpful and made my stay comfortable and fun. They would have my chalet preped for sleeping when I was having dinner. I would stay at Lake Duluti again if coming back to Arusha. "

"Ishara Lodge was one of the best places I've found to stay in Arusha. The property is incredible with so many nice walking paths among the beautiful trees and beautiful gardens. The staff were unbelievably helpful with every one of our needs and kept us comfortable the whole time. "Nice place except the noise coming from the other side of the wall was ungodly which is out of managements control. Loud music and preaching until 3am several nights in a row so very hard to sleep. Also rather hard to locate at first. On the other hand, the rooms were great, staff very friendly & helpful, the food is excellent and the grounds are beautiful."

"This property is off the “beaten path” but well worth the trip and only 20-30 min outside of Arusha. The property was clean, reasonably priced, quiet, and very courteous staff members. "This review follows a separate booking issue we encountered. We had reserved five rooms, and upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional US$10 per person for breakfast, despite the property listing stating that breakfast was included for all rooms. The next day, the hotel manager spoke with us directly, explained the miscommunication with Expedia, and offered a solution. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a reliable and trustworthy property that we would consider again."

"great services like I got during my stay. The check in was while sitting in a living room, they explain me all of the option for a day tour, the took care of my laundry after treking the Kilimanjaro. The lodge looks is wonderful, all is green beautifully plants, the room is wide, clean cacfully and really nice, the food is diverse and delicious. Even the manger came to talk with you and welcome you. I have traveled all over and never enjoyed stay in lodge like I did this time. It considered 3 stars but it’s much much more !!! The best cost benefit. Strongly recomended"
