Excellent location. Closed to several bars. Very clean. I didn't like that pool bar opens at 12:30. Servers are very slow. They don’t sell/offer snacks in the pool area and they won’t let you bring snacks or alcohol

Newer hotel. Looked really nice. Had a few areas that they were still doing maintenance on. Like holes in the wall that had just been spackled, but not sanded and painted over all. Some light fixtures needed fixing, but overall a nice hotel especially for the price. Not ocean front, but does have an ocean view and is a short walk to the beach. The pool area is very nice. Staff was nice - our TV didn't work so they switched our room. Was very quiet at night when we slept as well. Right next door to a few restaurants which was awesome to just be able to walk to them versus catching a taxi or uber.

It was Ok.....

I was really excited to stay at this new hotel, however it was an ok experience. When checking in, there were so many teenagers in the lobby, not sure if there was an event, but the staff was clearly overwhelmed and not attentive. I had to get the staffs attention to be checked in, despite no one being in front of me. Their system was down, so they were not able to check me in right away. There was no apology for the wait, or complimentary beverage at the bar. They do have a bar, but no one was attending it. The elevators take forever to open and close. It was super congested that weekend with teenagers, they would run down the hallways, knock on doors and it seemed no one was monitoring the noise. With that said, you can hear everything in the rooms from the hallway and outside. I booked a room on the side of the pool, but was not accommodated and was provided a room toward the street which in the mornings gets super hot and bright. The last night I stayed there the bedsheets were not changed and when checking out they told me there were two pillows missing, which was not true, all the pillows were in the room. It was an alright experience, but honestly i had more expectations for a new hotel

El hotel muy bien, lo que no recomiendo es comprar vuelos a través de expedia. Se suponía que hoy regresaba a Monterrey pero aeromexico reportó vuelo demorado para mañana viernes, contacté a la linea 3 veces y te dicen puras mentiras. El vuelo si salió dee Mazatlan pero a los que compramos con expedia duimos discriminados y nos dejaron a nuestra suerte. Tuve que buscar otro hotel para pasar la noche. Viaje terrible a Mazatlan
