"We had a group of 10 ages 16 through 70. Dockzilla was amazing, the views are beautiful form every patio or window, everything you need is there, we had so much fun swimming, playing games, playing in the lake, singing Karaoke and just relaxing. The game room was so much fun, we used it almost every night, pool table, foosball, shuffleboard and a big 8 man jacuzzi on the upper patio the perfect way to end the day. My son-in-law and grandson cooked every meal on the Blackstone or grill in the kitchen on the lower patio, it was so good, there was enough room for us all to watch and join in on the cooking show, the lake view and breeze made it a very enjoyable experience we will never forget. We only ate out one time during our stay and that was to go get pizza on the lake. It has an incredible view of the lake from the outdoor kitchen and shade. This property patio areas face East, it has an amazing sunrise which means you always have afternoon shade somewhere, PRICELESS! Steve and Peggy were awesome hosts, very friendly and fun to be around, you didn’t even know they were there unless you needed them or invited them down to sing karaoke, they are really good and entertaining with Karaoke they got almost everyone up to sing. It was the best vacation for us, we all stayed together and had a wonderful time. This is what a vacation should be like instead of standing in lines or dealing with the crowds and traffic of tourist attractions. I hope we can return again soon."

"The property was right on the lake. Check-in was very easy. The screened-in porch kept mosquitos away, had comfortable furniture, plenty of hooks for hanging wet items, solar candles, and a handy container for fishing rods. Everything was well thought-out and the kitchen was stocked with all the equipment needed to cook meals. The air conditioning kept the entire cabin nice and cool. The view and decor were beautiful and the dock lit up with colorful string lights at night. The driveway was paved. There was no furniture on the dock or the fire pit area. Be prepared to carry seating down steep inclines to sit while fishing or relaxing around fire pit.The host could improve communication by being more receptive to inquiries. At premium or near-premium prices, some small amenities are expected, without which the value seems overpriced for the quality. Overall, the property is clean and pretty, and okay for the price."

"The property was fantastic. Good space, well equipped, easy access. No issues. The only issue I had was the cleaning fee was tacked on for a one-night stay and wasn’t included in the quote I received during booking. Possibly my oversight, but it made the short stay unreasonably expensive - would have been palatable for an extended stay."
