"Great place to stay! Quaint hotel in the center of town, walking distance to most everything. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the room was very clean."

"This was a very quaint hotel, more like an inn or b & b. One HUGE drawback was the access to the rooms. There is no elevator and the stairs are windy and very steep. We could not get our luggage upstairs and had to leave them in the small lounge/dining area. We are technically "seniors" but very active. Anyone would have difficulty with these stairs. If you don't have big suitcases or mind stairs, we would recommend."

"Very clean, very secure. Very good breakfast buffet. And a good location, very central."

"Location - amazing Room - perfect Staff- lovely Highly recommend"

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Our room was clean and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax. We especially enjoyed the sauna and steam room. The parking lot was also very convenient. The main areas for improvement would be the shower in the room and the gym opening hours, as it would be great if the facilities were available earlier in the morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the...

"A perfect place to experience Aix au Provence"

"Het hotel maakt haar hoge kamerprijs niet waar. De bedden zijn heel hard en hebben een houten omranding die bij in- en uit bed komen erg in de weg zit. De kamers zijn sober, en slecht verlicht. Het eten (diner) was van matige kwaliteit. Opvallend was het gebrek aan supervisie over het jongere personeel, dat weinig aandacht voor de klant had. De tuin is wel heel mooi."

"Was told not too long before check-in that large contruction work was being done on the whole street. It was a big inconvience as we had luggage and the footpath was tight to maneuver. The room had a random 2nd door right as you opened the first one, which made it even harder to enter. Shower had hair on the walls from the last occupants. Cleaners left a blanket that looked used in the cabinet."

"キッチンがついているホテルは特に連泊の際には使い勝手がよく。街の中心から徒歩圏のため散策も楽しめます。駐車場も完備、高速からも至近のため車での旅行の時も使い勝手がいいです。今回2回目の宿泊でしたがエクスを中心にした旅行の拠点として便利に利用させていただきました"

"The apartment is recently refurbished and very pleasant. It is well located in the Forum des Cardeurs, which is a large and very lively and popular restaurant and drinking square. There is a good choice of restaurants. The town hall and old town are very close by. Access is by a door code and key safe, which worked well. Communication with the property manager was smooth. We would stay there again."

"Room is clean but smelled like vinegar when we go in. Had to air it out. The AC doesn’t go very low so gets warm at night. The shower set up was interesting because there’s nothing keeping water from splashing. Pool is nice. The hotel is outside of the old town but walkable to the center so it was nice."
